Eligibility Requirements
- Referred student must enroll in the EWKLP.
- Referring graduate must complete and submit the Referral Program Form (hard copy or online).
- Referred student must indicate the name of the referring graduate on the EWKLP Application.
- Referral gift will be awarded to the referring graduate after the referred student completes the second week of the EWKLP.
Terms and Conditions of JAIMS Referral Program
- A referring graduate is a current student or alumnus/alumna of the following JAIMS programs:
AMP: American Management Program or America-focused Management Program
JMP: Japan Management Program or Japan-focused Management Program
ICMP: Intercultural Management Program
EWKLP: East-West Knowledge Leaders Program
JEMBA: Japan-focused MBA
CHEMBA: China-focused MBA
- The Referral Program Form
- The Form must be submitted (hard copy or online) by the referring graduate and received by JAIMS before the referred student completes the second week of the EWKLP.
- A separate Form must be used for each referred student.
- The Form must include the full name, telephone number and valid e-mail address of the referred student and referring graduate.
- The referred student must indicate the name of the referring graduate on the EWKLP Application (p. 4).
- The referral gift is awarded to the referring graduate when the referred student 1) enrolls for the first time in EWKLP as a result of the referral, and 2) completes the second week of the program.
- Employees of JAIMS and its faculty members are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Referral Gift
- The gift is limited to $250 in value per referred student.
- There is no limit on the number of referrals a referring graduate may make.
- The gift will be sent directly to the referring graduate after the referred student completes the second week of the EWKLP.
General
- The submitted Referral Program Form will be kept for 24 months from the date of referral and removed from consideration if enrollment in the EWKLP does not occur within this period.
- If a referred student receives multiple referrals, the referring graduate who is eligible for the referral gift will be determined by (1) date of receipt of the Referral Program Form by JAIMS and (2) indication of the referring graduate by the referred student on the EWKLP Application.
- JAIMS reserves the right to amend or cancel any or all of the JAIMS Referral Program at any time without notice.
- JAIMS reserves the right to interpret the rules of the Program in any of its applications.
- Decisions on the Program rules and participant eligibility are made solely by JAIMS. All decisions are final and binding.
