Payment Policy
 
Tuition is due 30 calendar days prior to the start of the EWKLP (or the IC2 if the student attends the study option). Payment by cash, check, money order or wire transfer is accepted. Students are responsible for any processing fees that may be charged while remitting the tuition and fees (e.g., a $25 assessment for a check returned due to insufficient funds).
 
Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days from the date JAIMS receives withdrawal/cancellation notification from the student.    
 
Cancellation before the start of the program
  • 100% refund of tuition paid, less $200 application/registration fee
  • If a student’s visa application is rejected, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellation after the start of the program
  • During the first week of the program - 100% refund of tuition paid, less a $200 application/registration fee
  • During the second week of the program – 50% refund of tuition paid, less a $200 application/registration fee
  • No refund of tuition thereafter
Should JAIMS cancel the Program or reject a student's enrollment prior to the start of class, JAIMS will refund all monies paid by the student. 
 
All books and materials must be returned to JAIMS when notifying JAIMS of the withdrawal/cancellation.  JAIMS reserves the right to deny enrollment, transcripts, grade reports and graduation if financial obligations to JAIMS are unmet.
