New Users 
 
Be sure to read the Basic Instructions below and review EWKLP information before proceeding with your online application. For application submittal requirements, visit the Admissions and Applications page.
 
Returning Users
 
If you have either visited the JAIMS or Fujitsu Scholarship Online Application Center in the past and have given us your last/family name, first name, e-mail address and birth date, you are a returning user.  The PIN (Personal Identification Number) that was assigned to you will be required to return to your online application.  If you encounter any problems, please send your inquiries to info@jaims.org.
 
Basic Instructions
 
Please complete all the required information.  In some instances, you will have the option to attach Microsoft Word documents.
 
You do not have to complete the entire application form in one sitting.  In fact, we understand that it may be necessary for you to return at another time to complete it.  During the process, you will have the opportunity to save your incomplete application by clicking the SAVE button at the bottom of each page.  Do not forget!  You will also need to have your PIN available to log back into the online application center.  Just be sure to fill in some basic information on the "Personal Information" form (indicated with *) and a unique PIN (Personal Identification Number) will be assigned to you.
 
Mail-in Applications
 
If you prefer to mail in your application, download the EWKLP application form (PDF format).
