JAIMS Coffee Talk Lecture Features Global Strategy Expert

TOKYO -- A JAIMS-sponsored Coffee Talk Lecture by instructor Masaaki “Mike” Kotabe drew nearly 70 in Tokyo.  Kotabe, a global marketing expert, who is a visiting lecturer in JAIMS’ East-West Knowledge Leaders Program (EWKLP), is The Washburn Chair Professor of International Business and Marketing at Temple University in Philadelphia.  At the September 25 evening event, Kotabe’s interactive lecture on “Global Strategy: When Local Works and Global Fails” gave prospective students and HR managers looking for educational training opportunities for their staff a taste of the EWKLP curriculum.  For the many JAIMS alumni in attendance, the lecture was also an opportunity for professional development.
