Living in Hawaii
Attire

One of the greatest benefits of living in Hawaii is its beautiful warm climate. While the cool/rainy season is usually between November and April, Hawaii is typically known for lots of sunshine and few showers. In general, your Hawaii wardrobe should be cool, casual, and easy to care for. On occasion, however, appropriate business attire is expected.

JAIMS hosts an International Night/Talent Night each fall and spring, providing the opportunity for each participant to share his/her country's culture, customs, and cuisine. For this occasion, you are encouraged to bring your national costume or traditional attire as well as any other items you wish to share.
