The following are services available at JAIMS:
Change
Change for use with the vending machines is available at the
reception counter in the JAIMS lobby.
Identification (ID) Cards
A JAIMS photo ID card is issued to each participant. This card may
be useful at certain businesses when discounts are offered.
If you are interested in obtaining a State
of Hawaii ID card, you may apply at the State ID office in Room
102 of the the Kekuanaoa Building, 465 South King Street, at the
corner of South King and Punchbowl Streets. The fee is $15, payable
in cash only. Cards are issued on the same day of application. Office
hours are 8:00 am-2:00 pm, Monday-Friday, except State holidays.
Lockers
Lockers are located on the second floor in the lounge. Lockers
must be cleaned and emptied at the end of the term.
Outgoing Mail and Facsimile
Services
Outgoing mail, stamped with correct postage, may be deposited
in the white mail bin located in the academic affairs staff area.
Outgoing facsimile services are also available.
Participants should see JAIMS staff for assistance. Fax rates are
as follows:
•International:
$5.00 for the first page
$3.00 for each subsequent page in the same transmission;
•U.S. mainland and interisland:
$2.50 for the first page
$1.25 for each subsequent page in the same transmission;
•Island of Oahu:
No charge
Mail Trays
Mail trays are located on the second floor and are primarily used
for incoming mail and telephone messages. Most academic notices are
communicated to participants via e-mail. JAIMS staff and faculty mail
trays are in the staff area on the first floor.
Forwarding Mail
You are responsible for advising all companies or individuals
from whom you expect to receive mail of your forwarding address
before you complete ICMP. If you are participating in the Business
Exchange Program or Reims International Management Programme, you
may continue to receive mail at JAIMS until the end of the study
option. After departure from JAIMS, mail addressed to you will be
forwarded only for one month.
Postage Rates
Information on the current domestic and international postage rates
is available at post office branches in Hawaii or at the United
States Postal Service Web site.
JAIMS does not have postage
stamps available for purchase.

Hawaii Kai (7040 Hawaii Kai Drive) are: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30
pm; Saturday, 9:00 am-12:00 noon.
