Room set up/breakdown services available: Requirements should be discussed and coordinated with JAIMS staff in advance.

Food/Beverage service available: Vending machines for light snacks and beverages only.

Outside catering allowed: Yes.

Advance notice needed: 30 days prior to date of event. No rentals are available on Sundays or holidays.

Restriction on organization/activities: For non-commercial use only. Fundraising, political, and religious activities are not permitted.

Housekeeping: Group is responsible for clean-up and removal of trash.
